Returns & Exchanges

We encourage you to try your swimsuit in the comfort of your home, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, or the size we accept returns. You will receive a credit to use when you want on our website. If the size is not right we will exchange it with the correct size as far as the available stock.
We do have a very small inventory so try to order your good size at first by referring to our sizing guide and let us know if you are hesitating between two size so we can best assist it. International Orders can't qualify for returns or exchanges due to high shipping fees, contact us before ordering if you have questions regarding sizing and we will get you all sorted!
For your safety, we recommend sending via a trackable and insured method so that the carrier will refund you in the event of theft or loss during delivery to our warehouse. We are not responsible for loss of item or damage in shipping

-Exchanges-
We accept all exchanges of items in their original condition and unused within 14 days of delivery.
If you prefer a different style, please return your item and purchase the new piece separately at karenguez.com.
If you want to make an exchange, return the original item for a refund and purchase the desired item through the website karenguez.com as a separate transaction. We will refund your shipping on the original order, so you don’t have to pay for shipping twice.
Please note, the cost to ship back the original item is the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds will take 3–5 business days to process from the date we receive the item. We will refund the value of the item in your original form of payment
